My Dominant Trait - Team Driven and Goal Orientated
As a team sports player my overall view of a team and it's importance is elevated drastically from non team sports players point of view. I have a major belief that mixing others interests with yours and creating a shared interest is the best way to reach a goal. Having all people tug on the rope the same way is a whole lot easier then seeing who will be beat who 50/50. This I believe is why I am so goal focused in my day to day life and big reason of where I am today.
With a team like the RDP Kings, a third straight league win in a row was gonna be hard. We all knew that. So we made it our common goal we were gonna do whatever it takes to win. This is where all my goals stem from. The want to be a winner at everything I do.
